Arogyasudha

Naturopathy

Naturopathy care

Panchamahabhuta-based natural therapies — integrated with Ayurveda. Do not self-administer.

What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy (nature cure) supports the body's own healing capacity through nutrition, water, sunlight, air, earth, diet and lifestyle. In India it aligns with the panchamahabhuta framework and the Gandhi–Kuhne–Lindlahr tradition; at Arogyasudha it is offered integrated with Ayurveda.

Core principles

Core principles: (1) nature heals — internal balance over external drugs alone; (2) address causes, not only symptoms; (3) individualised plans; (4) natural means — water, mud, diet, fasting, breath; (5) physician supervision is mandatory — do not self-administer. No cure guarantees.

Guidance on wholesome diet, sleep, exercise, breath and stress care — for long-term support.

  5. 5

    Follow-up
